Introduction
By participating in the www.my-furniture.com Ltd Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is between www.my-furniture.com Ltd ('we', 'us', 'our') and you ('Affiliate', 'you'). To join our program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address.
Registration
All applications to the www.my-furniture.com Ltd Affiliate Program are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject any application if it does not meet our criteria.
Commission Structure
Earnings: Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate link. The commission rate varies from case to case and will be declared by www.my-furniture.com Ltd after acceptance of the affiliate’s account. Payments will be made on a monthly basis directly to the affiliate’s bank account.
Discount Code Usage: Any referred orders that make use of a discount code will carry only half the percentage of the commission arranged with the affiliate.
Non-Payment of Commissions: Commissions will not be paid under the following circumstances:
- If the order has been canceled by the customer.
- If the customer has previously purchased from www.my-furniture.com Ltd and has a past order under the same delivery address.
- If the order is deemed fraudulent or was generated through the use of unauthorized promotional methods.
- If the product was returned by the customer, leading to a refund.
Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote www.my-furniture.com Ltd products through approved channels, including personal websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing. The use of spam, false advertising, or bidding on 'www.my-furniture.com Ltd' branded keywords is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Promotional Methods
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using paid search marketing, including but not limited to Google Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, to promote www.my-furniture.com Ltd products or pages. Affiliates may only use their own social media channels and websites for promotional purposes. Any affiliate found in violation of this policy will have their contract terminated immediately without notice, and any outstanding commissions will not be paid.
Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use www.my-furniture.com Ltd's trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products. Any misuse or unauthorized use of our intellectual property is grounds for immediate termination.
Confidentiality
Affiliates may have access to confidential information, including customer data and business strategies. This information must not be disclosed to any third parties and must be used solely for the purpose of participating in the www.my-furniture.com Ltd Affiliate Program.
Non-Compliance
Any affiliate found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions will have their contract terminated immediately without notice. In such cases, any outstanding commissions, regardless of the amount, will not be paid.
Termination
www.my-furniture.com Ltd reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, the affiliate must immediately cease all promotional activities and remove all links towww.my-furniture.com Ltd. Any unpaid commissions will be forfeited if termination is due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Miscellaneous
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom . www.my-furniture.com Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and such amendments will take effect upon posting on our website.
